Your appointments are extremely important to Flourish Beauty Co, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that reschedules need to happen sometimes, therefore, we are pleased to honor cancellations and appointment modifications before 24 hours prior to your appointment. Your thoughtfulness allows us enough time to re-book the space with another guest. All appointments canceled or missed within the 24 hour time frame will be charged 75% of the scheduled appointment service fee in order to rebook. Thank you for understanding. Refunds At flourish we do not offer refunds. Our stylists cannot get back their time, energy and product that was used to perform the service . Late arrivals We strive to serve each guest at their appointed time. As a courtesy, appointments are given a 10 minute grace period. If you anticipate arriving late please call us and let us know. If you do not show or call within that 10 minute grace period, you will be considered a no show and charged the 75% of the service fee to rebook.
